As believers we are called to embrace and live a life that calls us to be uncomfortable. Even the gospel itself is an uncomfortable message that convicts people to change and live in a way that represents Christ.
One way that Jesus embraced the uncomfortable was by having uncomfortable conversations. Jesus was unafraid and willing to talk to anyone about the topics that others would choose to avoid because He knew the change that could come from it.
In that same way, we as believers should embrace having those uncomfortable conversations that could possibly change the trajectory of any relationship, others lives, or even our own lives.

HERE ARE 3 REMINDERS TO HELP YOU WITH EMBRACING UNCOMFORTABLE CONVERSATIONS:
1. REMEMBER IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU
Are you allowing the opinions of what others may say about you, to stop you from having the conversation ?
Galatians 1:10 states, “Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.”
This scripture challenges us to truly think about whom we are doing it for. Is it for us or for God ?
It’s not that your feelings aren’t important but as believers we should not allow the fears of others to rob us from sharing an important message that needs to be said. No matter how uncomfortable it is.
We are servants of Christ 1st so whenever an opportunity comes to use our voice to cause change, provide healing, or help others it’s always worth it.
We should never let the opinions of others stop us from doing things that glorify God.
